About Fozzy Group

Fozzy Group is one of the largest trade and industrial groups in Ukraine with more than 700 retail outlets throughout the country and over 35,000 items of goods. In addition to retail chains, the business interests of the group of companies include the production of food products and the restaurant business.

Current solutions for monitoring endpoints: ensuring business continuity and optimizing resources

With the onset of a full-scale war, the Fozzy Group company was committed to providing Ukrainians with food, as well as providing and distributing humanitarian aid throughout the country, or satisfying the needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, children’s clinics, and Karen, and other installations. Logistics and more than seven hundred retail facilities of Fozzi Group included the term optimization of business process.

To ensure uninterrupted communication with remote devices, Fozzi Group needs a simple but functional solution. The company turned to the Wise IT team with this request. Together, a comprehensive approach was developed that covered all aspects from business briefs to implementation of solutions.

Business challenge

Fozzy Group has developed systems for secure device management and quick application updates. However, in the conditions of the military conflict, the problem of the dependence of applications on the ground control systems of devices appeared. This caused disruptions and reduced operational efficiency, leading to additional costs and delays in the supply chain.

“Fozzy Group’s IT department was spending a lot of time on routine tasks, which was affecting deliveries and causing losses.”

Implementation of VMware Workspace ONE

The implementation of the VMware Workspace ONE endpoint management solution enabled Fozzy Group to quickly and efficiently provide technical support to staff, optimize operations and implement the concept of working from anywhere. Workspace ONE allowed employees to use personal devices without the risk of leaking corporate data and provided unified access to organizational resources.

In addition, together with Wise IT, Fozzy Group implemented infrastructure for unified endpoint management, desktop virtualization, SASE and cybersecurity.

Confidently stepping into the future

Despite the hardships of wartime, Fozzy Group looks ahead with optimism.
