Business challenge
G5 Entertainment Group was looking for a vendor with Atlassian’s expertise who could offer the best price. Also, it was very important for the company to migrate to the new platform before the end of the calendar year, which was almost impossible without direct contact with the vendor.
Solution
As part of the closed tender of G5 Entertainment Group, Wise IT specialists received a technical assignment. The team immediately contacted the vendor in Europe, because it was much more convenient for the customer to make the payment through the European branch. After negotiations and justification of the offer, the customer identified Wise IT as the tender winner.
G5 needed to migrate to the Atlassian solution in a very short time frame. In order to complete this process by the end of 2023, Wise IT specialists quickly placed an order and instead of waiting for a license for 5-7 working days, the vendor processed the order in 1 day, the Customer was able to complete the migration process on time.
