Google Workspace for Ivmed Fertility Health Center
IVMED is a center for couples’ fertility health. The company helps to consciously approach the birth of a child through a healthy conception from the moment of wanting to become parents throughout the entire period of pregnancy. Healthy conception is conception both naturally and through IVF at IVMED. With IVMED, there is no infertility, there is only a way to achieve the desired pregnancy with the help of modern fertility technologies.

IVMED needed a reliable and secure tool for collaboration and corporate mail. With this request, the company turned to Wise IT.

After assessing the customer’s needs, the Wise IT team proposed Google Workspace — a platform for collaborative work that provides advanced capabilities for administration and cyber security. After a series of consultations, the decision was successfully implemented.
The Google Workspace team is constantly developing security capabilities by actively implementing artificial intelligence and machine learning tools. With new features you can:
- Use Google’s artificial intelligence to automatically and continuously classify and tag data in Google Drive to ensure proper access to data and protection against theft.
- Apply context-sensitive Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls on Drive. The location of the device, the type of network and many other criteria are taken into account. Advanced DLP capabilities extend to corporate Gmail as well.
Google Workspace also offers unique features such as:
- Multi-party approval for confidential administrator actions;
- Protection of additional confidential actions in mail;
- Export logs to Chronicle in a couple of clicks for detailed analytics and cybersecurity anomaly detection.
Thanks to Google Workspace, the Ivmed team can collaborate on documents in real time, without breaking away from a video meeting in Google Meet, as well as use corporate mail, shared calendars and data stores, without putting the private data of customers and employees at risk.
