Google Workspace for the manufacturer of roofing materials “Tile”

Tile company is a leading manufacturer of roofing materials and metal tiles in Ukraine with more than 15 years of market experience. One of the main advantages of Tile is cooperation with European metallurgical enterprises that supply high-quality raw materials. The company cooperates with such partners as Voestalpine (Austria), U.S.Steel (Slovakia), ArcelorMittal (Germany) and others, which guarantees the quality and reliability of materials.

REQUEST: The Tile company used an on-premises mail server. To increase the convenience of working with documents and calendars, as well as to free up time and resources that were spent on maintaining the existing server, it was decided to switch to a cloud solution.

SOLUTION: Wise IT specialists described the possibilities of different tariff plans and the features of migration to Google Workspace. A trial account was created for testing and transferring mail.

Business challenge

The management of the company Tile was looking for ways to improve interaction in the team, more efficient work with documents and calendars. There were also issues of freeing up specialists’ time and optimizing resources. Moving to a cloud-based mail service without a land-based server provided an opportunity to achieve all of these goals at the same time.

Result

Tile has registered 50 monthly paid Google Workspace accounts. As a result, it was possible to achieve a noticeable increase in the productivity of employees, as well as optimization of a number of work processes. Relinquishing the land-based mail server freed up IT professionals’ time for business development tasks.
